Remember, a reservation is not accepted until a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount has been paid in advance. All deposits are placed into an escrow account for your safety. Payment is accepted with checks drawn on U.S. banks, international money orders, Visa or Mastercard or PayPal.

Balance of full payment is due 30 days prior to the starting date of the rental period. Refunds of deposits are only possible in case of extreme circumstances as judged by the villa owners.
